Hello, Alex here! Slowing down has never come easily to me. It took several rounds of major burnout and breakdowns to get me here.

After contemplating the consequences of an unsustainable "rise-and-grind" lifestyle, I recognised my need for a daily commitment to prioritise myself, along with some daily encouragement.

In my quest for a planner to help me prioritise my wellbeing over productivity, I discovered that most options available were nothing more than generic to-do lists or diaries that glorified the hustle culture.

That's when the idea of creating a planner with the ethos of self-care, healthy habits, gratitude, and setting realistic goals was set in motion.

Every page of our planners and journals has been shaped by my personal experiences and is designed to help you unplug from the chaos and live a life filled with clarity, intention, healthy habits, and gratitude.

It's about curating your life, one day at a time and knowing that you can live a life you want. I'm on this journey with you.
